the whole story is that back at the days of spreading islam.. when muslims spread islam in a village, they ask its residents to convert to islam, if they refuse they are kept on their religion and they have to pay the "Jizyah" which is equivalent to "Zakah". and yes, muslims payed zakah while they're humbled.. humbled is for god not for ppl! so muslims, christians and jews pay zakah and jiziah while they're humbled to God.

The story is :
Some people (Christian) had a license to build a 4 storeys "5adami and idari" building.
They decided to break the law and build a church on this land. (They actually built a dome)
The officials saw this and brought security forces to stop the building.
So people (Muslims and Christians) gathered and attacked the security forces at place and also attacked the forces' headquarters in Giza.
