I'm thinking that, from what i've seen other people acheive with photoshop, a much better job could have been done in 'reversing the age' on that lady. The complexion looked bizarre, like she went nuts with the cake, and most of those wrinkles could easily have been vanished.

nice but if you think bout how ppl age you could do of a couple of more years. You have to lift everything, look at the saggy eyebrows and cheeks, everything has to move up a bit. Think of how she looked like. and think about how the body ages, this means you have to make her nose smaller, her ears smaller, get rid of the saggy cheeks, lift the forehead and the fat bags hanging on the sides of her cheeks. Also give her lips the shape they used to have.
