You know I really like this video. I like it because here's this guy who's absolutely built like a rock and he's admitting that you don't need to count calories to look and be fit. Now unless you're a bodybuilder or a some fighter/boxer then you need to count your calories. All you need to do is eat lots of veggies/fruits with good protein sources and good fats and some exercises. That's what I do. There is too much debate with TDEE, BPM, etc WHATEVER!

@FreshZerglings Your parents fail. I'm sorry you need new ones. I get about 5 large eggs in the morning. I don't separate the yolk. If you want to stay leaner then you can just eat egg whites alone. Eggs are easy to digest since you are on an empty stomach in the mornings then it will absorb the proteins faster than if you ate chicken or beef. You want to consistently supply your body with proteins so it repairs the muscle fibers you've broken down from working out.

How...devastating... I'm a vegetarian hahah. Definitely makes a tough task even tougher, but like you said just eat & that's my main issue.
I dig the vid tho; especially when you call out the idiots that talk a whole lot but give up the moment things start getting hard.

hey Hanh,
great physique you have there. how long have you been training and how long did it take to put on a good size like that? also, you seem to lift very heavy... how did you get to that level of strength? I've been training for a few years and feel like I've stopped getting any gains but I've been eating really clean so I'm shedding down fat. I'm training as heavy as I can but would like to get stronger so I can put on some size. thanks.

Hanh mate, quick question. Your facial skin seems nice! I'm just curious, did you get alot of acne, while you were bulking? It just cant seem to stop growing on my face, and i am 20years old, way past puberty.. or does this just happen to me?

Hey Hanh, I've been keeping up with my diet, but in two months i'm having my wisdom teeth removed, so i'll only be able to eat soft food. Do u have any advice for some good soft food that still gives me the protein i need? btw i'm bulking up

@Wilson247 I had my wisdom teeth taken out when I was 21... I just cut up my steaks with sissors and swallowed them. Do what it takes. If you're gonna be a lil girl about every obstacle that comes your way then it sure will slow you down. Up to you.

i can tell by your name that you're viet. its hard for me to keep on a good diet because im viet as well and my grandma cooks stuff that i don't eat alot of the stuff that she does cook. most of the time i eat rice with like packaged turkey or cha lua. the turkey is okay but i know that the cha lua is bad for you. can you name some viet foods that i might enjoy thats good for muscle building?? please and thanks!

Hanh, ive read around and heard from people that when leaning/working out you eat healthy for 3-4 weeks. But once in a while (every 2 weeks or month) you can have 1 bad food (big mac, hot wings, pizza, etc) is that true or will that 1 food effect quite a bit?
