  • @beatrisgertrudetv No one really knows why but something like 75% of Asians are lactose intolerant. It's probably due to thousands of years of never having the milk of another animal, not like the West where it was a staple. Just like so many Westerners don't digest soy very well. Hanh's incapable of a racist comment. He's just stating a fact.

  • You know I really like this video. I like it because here's this guy who's absolutely built like a rock and he's admitting that you don't need to count calories to look and be fit. Now unless you're a bodybuilder or a some fighter/boxer then you need to count your calories. All you need to do is eat lots of veggies/fruits with good protein sources and good fats and some exercises. That's what I do. There is too much debate with TDEE, BPM, etc WHATEVER!

  • Hi Mr. Hahn u have a problem I was doing some square at my gym a about a month ago form now and at first I couldn't move my left leg at all for two weeks. At first j thought it was basic soar ness from working out too much but it's been a month, and now my left knee is completely fine only when I add pressure I feel extreme pain. What should I do??   • Very helpful video - I am pretty fine with eating the same 10 things over and over in different combos.

    Meat/fish + fruit/veg + nothing else = SUCCESS!

    Only possible problem will be money at Uni but I am sure I will figure it out.

  • Well I looked up to Hanh since just about a year now, I been working out for two years now, I just turned 20. I improved so much, I stayed natural because of guys like Hanh, being natural is tough, it takes patience and motivation to get to your goals, Hanh definately contributed to that. Thanks bud, I apprecaite the advice and tips to being a great natural bodybuilder, in a few years I'll have you beat, you better keep going hard =] I have a pic or two on my channel, but can' see much haha

  • hanh i'm wondering how many eggs you eat a day. I like eating eggs in the morning for some good protein to start the day however my parents say that eating more than 1 egg a day is bad for you. Is that true and should i just remove the yolk instead? Currently i eat 4 eggs a day with only 1 egg yolk

  • @FreshZerglings Your parents fail. I'm sorry you need new ones. I get about 5 large eggs in the morning. I don't separate the yolk. If you want to stay leaner then you can just eat egg whites alone. Eggs are easy to digest since you are on an empty stomach in the mornings then it will absorb the proteins faster than if you ate chicken or beef. You want to consistently supply your body with proteins so it repairs the muscle fibers you've broken down from working out.

  • @FreshZerglings cholesterol-and-health dotcom/Egg_Yolk dothtml the egg yolk is full of cholesterol, that's probably the thing your parents are referring to. what you are eating now is totally fine. but don't worry about the fat content or whatever, since you are working out and burning all of it anyway.

  • Hey Hanh, I've been keeping up with my diet, but in two months i'm having my wisdom teeth removed, so i'll only be able to eat soft food. Do u have any advice for some good soft food that still gives me the protein i need? btw i'm bulking up

  • @Wilson247 I had my wisdom teeth taken out when I was 21... I just cut up my steaks with sissors and swallowed them. Do what it takes. If you're gonna be a lil girl about every obstacle that comes your way then it sure will slow you down. Up to you.

    i can tell by your name that you're viet. its hard for me to keep on a good diet because im viet as well and my grandma cooks stuff that i don't eat alot of the stuff that she does cook. most of the time i eat rice with like packaged turkey or cha lua. the turkey is okay but i know that the cha lua is bad for you. can you name some viet foods that i might enjoy thats good for muscle building?? please and thanks!

  • @asianboi64 Food is food. Chicken is chicken. Race has nothing to do with it. I have a video about diet. So if you cannot categorize what food you put down your throat to the food pyramid... then don't eat it!

  • Hanh, ive read around and heard from people that when leaning/working out you eat healthy for 3-4 weeks. But once in a while (every 2 weeks or month) you can have 1 bad food (big mac, hot wings, pizza, etc) is that true or will that 1 food effect quite a bit?
