Well Done ... my son did the 2008 FL Ironman, inspired me to do the 2009 Ironman.

Would not trade anything for our two years experience of the Ironman.

Your video brought me to tears... 29 years ago.... OCT 22nd. I stood and raced where you did. Kona, Class of 1982.

I'm 50 years old now and definitley an IRONMAN "don't photo". Still have the finisher's shirt, can't wear it. Never forget it.

Best race ever, bar none. I never felt my feet touch the ground the last 1/4 mile of Alii drive... best finish line ever!

I loved your dad. We grew up in the same neighborhood, although we didn't know each other at the time. For the many years he cared for our cats, we used to laugh and reminisce about our mutual favorite places to go, as children. A little piece of me died when he died. Thank you for honoring him. He would be so proud!

I don`t know if you remembered but we`ve met each other at the exit of Bike Works Shop when we spoke a bit and I said to you that this race is a Big Show and has to be enjoyed all the time we are out there Anyway, during the race, I though about you, where you could be and if you were registering it and so on. Now, after having watched your video, I felt myself on it. You did something very very nice for your dad... I am pretty sure he loved it.

I lost my dad last year to heart attack and since then, I have been running each race in memory of him esp 70.3 Singapore which was my debut at the 70.3.
