  • Just Google things and you'll find out on how to fix your car!

  • Wow, You had a Karmann Bug, my dad's first car was a '69 VW Karmann Ghia, the heater in that got rusted closed, and my dad lived in NY State.

  • What's the point in leasing a car?

  • TITLE??? LOL technogloy

  • hey chris i know you are not a big car fan, but may i suggest please please buy a bmw 2012 3 series its a cool car and i feel u may like it, think about it :)

  • 2005 Honda Accord EX-L V6 w/Nav.

  • You never said how we can get the codes for free!?!?

  • @tvbuster Go to an auto parts store and they will likely hook up a scanner for free. Most cars will also give you the codes through the radio of all things. You have to press the buttons in a certain sequence. If you do it that way it'll just be numbers and letters. You can easily find out on the internet what the code means. Often a mechanic is still necessary to figure out why "cylinder 4 misfire" is going on, though.

  • you look like a toyota guy :)

  • I have a dodge charger 2010 beast!

  • I am an ASE Certified Mechanic and Chris get rid of that Prius they suck plus those electronic systems in that crap are so complicated wait till it breaks and you got to replace any of those hybrid parts including those battery cells your looking at 3-5K

  • I drive an older car..a '98 Buick. But, it is a car that will last a long time and holds up great! Besides, I'm a "shade tree" mechanic ; ) I have a OMBD2 reader and can read the codes.

If you don't have a OMBD2 reader or know how to use it., supposedly Auto Zone will do it for free.

  • My check engine light just came one the other day, thanks for the fantastic article, Chris.

  • Remember , those trouble codes are not always correct. The error may be triggered by something else.

  • "Technogloy" made me laugh a bit, haha. :D

  • chris should drop the prius and get an aston one-77

  • TL;D spell check

  • a meme in the making

  • i am a Master certified Automotive technician. i got it covered. :-)

  • more of a Lincoln or Buick guy

  • I haven't owned a car in quite some time. We use a car-share service and don't have to deal with any problems (but, we do have to report them). Our obligations are few with car-share. I just go online, reserve the car/time, get in the car with my key-fob and drive away. It has also enabled me to save enough money so that I can do fun stuff on the side such as become a registered Gnomie! :D

  • Technogloy? What tech is that? lol

  • *cough* Chris, the title...

  • technogloy....:)

  • @MrPs103 I doubt you spell everything right all the time, even with your computer watching you, your not better than Chris and I am not either incase you think about saying that.

  • @KITT171 i say one word and a smile, and then you assume quite a bit. tone down the assumptions. I love his videos, and considering he rarely makes a spelling error as far as i could see, and this particular one sounds funny, i pointed it out. there is no man better than i, and i am better than no man. dunno why you assume against people who you don't know. Future reference: make the attempt to trust people who haven't done anything obviously untrustworthy.

  • @puffnpluky76 What do you want, a cookie?

  • And check mine out too

  • First check out my channel haha
