Sheikh Albani rahimullah did a lecture on them, over an hour of lecture. Please research on youtube Albani refuting hizb ut tahrir. You can ask any scholar on the haq regarding hizb they would tell you do not waste your time with them.

ALmuhajaroon Abu Hamza was a top top Hizb ut tahrir "scholar" they branched off and the Quilliam foundation which is another religion are ex hizb ut tahrir members.

People listen, khilafah is a life or death issue no doubt abt that and it is backed by evidence.

The problem I have is the people like motuza khan and others who claim nowadays that they are working khilafah I find it discuting, coz they are not working khilafah. They are working for some ting only allah knows, coz they them self don't know.

But educating and teaching others is also a part of bringing back the khilfa.

I must say before we speak we should educate otherselves and by slandering others what benefit is there, we slander others yet we do not make dua for them.

Yes, yes ,yes ,yes. According to sunnah:The khateeb for jummah is appointed by the imam. Zakat is collected by bait ul mal and distributed by Bait Ul Mal. And there is no offensive jihad.

@Islamification as a matter o fact yes, with the exception of salah, and in part enjoining the good and forbidding the evil. Dawah to islam and jihad are central tenets of the khilafah's role - no human or group can do it properly without khilafah (defensive jihad in occupied lands is the exception - anyone with ability does this) and most definitelly collective the zakat is bait al mal's role - and always was - and that doesnt exist today. khilafah is THE need of the time :)

jazakALLAH khair for your post. But I chose my words carefully, I was addressing the misconception that some Muslims have today that we cant do anything without Khilafah, which isnt neccasarily true. Khilafah is an integral part of the Islamic way of life no one can deny that, its a great missing obligation. But what we as individuals can do is reform ourselves, then move on to family, friends, community, society, and nations. Some want to go jump straight onto changing nations....

I like the fact your raising awareness about muslims working for the re-establisment of the khilafah but i do disagree on some of the misconceptions about how a muslim shoud go about working for change. It would be naive to think that the khilafah wil just pop out of the sky if there isn't muslims sincerely working on the method that our beloved prophet muhammad pbuh set out for us and Allah knows best.

I agree, and the other more common misconception that having Khilafah will solve all the problems of the Muslim Ummah is even more naive. The real problem is that we have strayed away from the Deen, and the only solution is that we return to it.

Is your opinion based on a shari evidence or on a personal opinion cos the reality of the sitaution is there will always be people straying away from the deen and people reverting to the deen. So it is a bit of a vague solution to say that we must all return to it. What we do know as muslims is that the khilafah existed for 1400years and muslims lived under the shade of the khilafah for hundreds of years of course there were problems within the ummah but they were united. & Allah knows best

Khilafah state existed for 1400 years, but not all of them were rightly-guided. there was still opression and division, so its naive to say all problems will be solved by khilafah.

The call should be to Islam & Tawheed (as is the sunnah of Nabi salAllahu alayhi wasalaam), and the eventual consequence of that is the establishment of Islam in the form of a Khilafah state. There can be no shortcuts.
