At one time I would've done that, instead of being homeless, except there's always been that urge in me to get up off my ass and do something. Have always had that independent/git'er done bug as a state of mind.
I don't think this is from the mid-1960's she looks older then she did in that time frame and her voice is also thicker. Looks more like the mid-1970's.
Pleasure to hear this one again. Been a very long time, and it's a terrific song and of course, it's Petula Clark.
