~*i have an energetic 100lb mutt and the only way that i can comfortably walk him is with the use of a body harness and a retractable leash (25ft) ...this allows him some freedom and we can safely play fetch ...also, if he spots a squirrel before i do, it prevents him from ripping my arm out of its socket :)
Can I please make this clear, I only pick from someones garden when they have an abudance, like the bird of paradise bush had like 40 flowers on it, so i thought it ok with the balance of the universe to harvest one for this purpose and i picked one that was at bottom that no one can see anyway, the gum leaves were off a gum tree at a public park so i dont think anyone minded and the banksia was from a ladies garden ad there was literally 100 or so of them on the bush and i know she not minded
It is so neat to see this side of you too. Your voice is easy to listen too. Thank you for sharing the beautiful things you collect on your walk. Those australian flowers are amazing. I am interested in identifying the plant life around me. I really respect that you take walks. It must be such a dilemma when your walking companion's patterns change. I wonder if that is temporary. Thank you, AprilBear, for sharing kind feelings with me in your last message. I am touched.
i love your accent:). those flowers are beautiful, they look tropical~

Sounds like your dog is getting older but to be sure maybe you should get her to the vet and get some blood work done.
I'm sure just like us they not only get slower but their senses start to fade aswell.
Hope you manage to find out for sure so you can help her.
