ok people the rzr is a pice of shit 100% plastic just like all polaris the arcticcat prowler is beefed up and it has lots of power at least you can put a cooler in the back of a prowler in a rzr your lucky to fit a kleenex box in it the rzr has more exceleration becuase its alot smaler lighter becuase of plastic the prolwer you can acualy use !!!!!!!!!!!!!1

MCX does make a turbo for the 1000cc and the 1000cc with a turbo kills the rzr with a turbo!

@tycorhino1 thats exactly it the quality arctic cat puts on the market year after year is unbelievable. and there 1000cc engine actually puts out less horsepower than the can am 800 and polaris 850. so there gutless and un reliable. at least honda has half of what it should

@tycorhino1 yes another example of poor quality...like the rzr engine built with fuji parts and a 2 piece crank. no thanks...I will just make sure my e brake is off and put 14 lbs of boost on my stock cat.... please do some research on your own and not a google search before you talk smack.... the cat is one hell of a machine ..and my cat on mpi boost is down right scary.

I did my research and your right the prowler has one hell of a motor but that is it!!

Its its a big turd with a sweet motor. Your right aboutt scary its fast and handles like crap. I have had 3 different Prowler 1000's and 1 was even turbo. But I will take the RZR any day. They handle 100 times better but I guess you would have to do some research and go drive one yourself. There is a reason they cant sell the prowlers and polaris can't make enough RZRs to meet the demand.

@tycorhino1 as you do the rzr you most certainly have to upgrade the susp. of the cat to get it to handle the speed the boost machines are capable of. We also have in house a BRP commanded 1000 we are working on a supercharger for and should have it ready in a few weeks. Not sure how much test time we will have as the snow is about to fly and we have to switch over to sleds. Anyway enjoy the RZR .

Well its a dollar for dollar race. The Prowler Is 15K in stock form. The RZR is Only $10500 so you add a 4K Turbo and the RZR ripps it up. Plus the prowler is just a fast piece of crap my LEAST FAVORITE OF ALL THE UTVs. Its like buying a dodge diesel great motor but the vechicle sucks.

The mud probably is the best place for the Prowler. If you cover it in mud any thing looks good.

HAHA my friends prowler has 7 hours on it, it lit itself on fire its parking break was recalled and the steering column just randomly jerks to the left out of the box. so let me fix your list

I guess the truth hurts !!!!!! control youre self P.S. I have two XTZ 1000s and two Polais RZRs a Kawasaki Teryx And a Ranger. The XTZ is just a fast Piece. Our I should say the least quality of all the UTVs. that is why they dont sell nearly as many as the Rhino or RZR or Teryx.

The RZR and the Prowler are different. The RZR is a sport model that cannot accommodate 4 seats. The Prowler is a full-sized model that can accommodate 4 seats. The fact that a full sized UTV whoops on a sport model UTV is impressive.

Give the aftermarket time and it will embrace the Prowler and make it a huge force to be reckoned with.

Maybe you should look into making turbo kits for the Prowler... : )
