  • You're doing great, Girl, hang in there! During weightloss by any means (surgically or not), the body will reach plateaus where it will stop losing weight unless you change something. Nine times out of ten, it's diet. Make sure you don't drink your calories (if you are eating food, too). Stay away from high calorie drinks. I'm in the Dallas area, too and started Jay Johnson's Bootcamp. It's a little pricey, but it works. They have locations all over the city and offer discounts through G

  • The sleeve will stretch which is the issue you are encountering. you should note how much food it takes to fill you up. for example look at the number of OZ it takes to fill you up, with the sleeve you should fill up with 2 oz if not, just reduce the amount you eat to 3 meals at 2 oz meals. you will shrink the stomic back to sleeve size hopefully... if you stretch the sleeve out, your stomic is now able to digest sugars better, so reduce the size of the stomic

  • Drink the protein drinks but don't add any add'l things in there...just use water! Up your regular water too. You should probably try to get back to only having liquids for a week. Get lots of sleep and exercise 4-5x a week...you should see a difference within a week or two. Bandedwendy & skymoon1982 have some good videos that explain what they do when they regain some weight too!! Best of luck to you!!

  • Hang in there, the weight will come off keep at it and don't give up. I am a fellow sleever and I know how sometimes when we are up in our weight we go back to the basics. I do atleast, but what I have learned is that the minute I give in is when the weight was about to come off. I am nine months out as well I think and It is hard, change things up is my recomendation and see if that will help.Good luck..You have lost so much your doing amazing!

  • I had a stall due to drinking OJ. You need to journal what you are eating. Use SparkPeople(dot)com This will help you see the calories and carbs.

  • I'm pre-op and don't have a lot of advice. I can tell you that what you have done is amazing! Receive that. I can tell you that you WILL reach you goal. Believe that. I can tell you that you are not alone. Know that. Stay strong. Continue to find a good strategy. You will turn this around.

  • I hope so, I am gonna go back on the liquid diet and see what happens. I was to start it today but i ate smashed potatoes ( like two spoons) and water. So I am gonna remain on the liqiud diet until nxt week

  • dont down yourself you will get it i think when you exercise your body will give in and drop the pound i now when i di the liquid diet i drop pound really fast maybe you can do that

  • you said you have been drinking..have you been drinking high carb high sugar drinks? Try the 5 day pouch test. Pray and focus on the glass half full not half empty. You dont need to pay for a trainer. Go back to the basics exercise and stay off that stupid scale. That scale does not define who you are. Weigh yourself once a month or every two weeks. I will pray for you. You got this girl stop tripping! YOU LOST OVER A HUNDRED POUNDS!!!!!! THATS INCREDIBLE!!!!! :)
