BUT, by the standards of most other bands the album would be quality.

Yeah I know, but I would say that at those times Steve HArris and Co were trying to get back to Killers times. I mean they way they sounded on No Prayer. But Indeed NPFD isn't their best album, but there are couple of good songs. And Bring your Daughter is one of them.
