wait, the girl at 2:53 benching 315? but i noticed shes wearing a bench shirt, does a bench shirt really help that much or am i missing something?

@acubanmissile I never actually wore one but I read it can add up to like 55lbs. Either way, she is one strong girl.

@acubanmissile It does help but depending on the shirt it won't add a 100 pounds (and I believe her shirt doesn't add a 100 pounds), she's a beast anyways
