My bro just tried workin' it out, I think it's D5, Asus4, Bm7, G for the intro and verse, pre-chorus is Em, G, Bm, Am, G, Bm, AM, G. Chorus is Bm, Dm, G, E, Bm, Dm, G(two bars.) The bridge, outro is Bm, D#m, Dm. If you use any invertion of these chords, it should sound right!!
