I have gta-sa and gta4 I like them both,gta-sa has it dum mission like the toy plane missions but most are lots of fun it bigger has more cheats too and lots of diffence npc's people too you get suck of the citys nps I like the country nps and i'm black. I also like gta4 some mission suck here too i hate the part when cop spawn right behind you that where not there before, and you can see the other car are program to get in your way but worst is the side mission they are all a total bummer.

Well GTA IV has great graphics, the story is better, better realism, and liked Niko better than CJ. However, San Andreas is so much more fun to just goof off and have fun. You have jetpacks, tanks, planes, and more weapons! However, GTA IV Online is so awesome and chaotic!
Also, SAMP Doesn't count, because it was a mod, and wasn't part of the actual game.

there is a mod for the damage, the grapics, the enterable buildings, the loadscreens, the ragdoll mode, the cars, the clothes and the other things.
i have played GTA IV by a friend and i thought '' i want GTA IV, but i have no XBOX or ps3. so i looked for the mod's( ragdoll mod, car mod, damage mod, etc...) and now i play GTA SA lookes like GTA IV.

GTA San Andreas is better because its the only one where you can fly a plane , was the first one to use a parachute , has the biggest closet(you have way more choices of clothing) , it has over a 100 missions , way better story than some Russian losers , is the only one where in the game you go to a different city , the only one with lawnmower , bike(3) , Monster truck(i think) , ect. Therefore San Andreas is funner. It was a success. And san andreas is HUGE compared to liberty city.

It wasn´t horrible. It was HORRIBLE. One of the worst Open World games i played. And IGN and Gamespot just saying that what the fans want to hear. It was MASSIVE overratet. I had in one Hour San Andreas, more fun than i had in few days of GTA IV. I didn´t even play it trough because it makes no fun. My Final Verdict for this overratet piece of shit is 2/10.

I like gta sa for its story, map, feeling, SAMP, and characters. However i like gta 4 for the vehicle damage, enterable buildings without loading screens, shooting as driver, good cop missions, ragdoll mode, phisics, vehicle handling, graphics, cars, better AI, and the character interactions (boaling, strip club, burgershot, etc....)
Overall I would say that i like gta 4 better, but if they remade gta sa with all of gta 4's features and maybe a few more, I would buy it even if it was $200.00

GTA SA is better. GTA 4 is just GTA 3 with new graphics and some new gameplay features. In SA you also have much more freedom and you can do what the fuck you want. And SA MP is the top of the iceberg.
you get more girlfriends in GTA sa more clothes, houses, and they got 3 big airports in gta sa you get to race like 8-track gta 4 i think they have a couplebt not like gta sa gta 4 still has way better graphics but gta sa rocks because they got rewards 50 horseshoes, 50 snapshots , 100 tags, and 50 oysters 250 things to collect
nah i think the gameplay is better than SA. for instance the girlfriends in SA can really do much.. its like eat or dance. sometimes she wants to do a drive by, but thats it. in IV you can take them to bowling and you can eat, i think you can dance to but i dont remeber
tbh i don't really give a crap about the gf's :P the best thing for me about gta is scope and the fact that SA is an entire state just seals it for me...i love going to another part of the map and getting a completely different feeling, even the police change accordingly...gta IV is the same old city :/
the story, plot, atmosphere and graphics of GTA IV are better but the scope, upgradeables, homes (you get an airbase ffs!) and replayability of San Adreas are better.
You had an entire state to play with in SA and then moving to GTA IV you get a city. The open-world element and explorability was a real winner for me in SA. I can't say I didn't dig GTA IV though, the story was gripping, it was a realistic look at crime and you actually felt like you were immersed in the story and characters.
the only reason why i like san andreas is cause of the size, the graphics suck, the missions were alright and they real could have put ragdoll in it cause the ps2 and original xbox could support it, they just thought it wouldnt make a diffrence. there are some good graphic mods for SA but i wish some people can come out with a ragdoll mod

Most new games don't use ragdoll physics, and i don't know why you think ragdoll physics are somehow better than progressive simulation physics. Ragdoll physics have very little constraints, making the ragdolls look unrealistic and in weird poses.
Ok, GTA IV is way better than GTA SA. Better online, because you have many options of games that you can play, while in GTA SA the game picks if for you. And GTA IV has way better gameplay than GTA SA. The graphics are better, the gameplay is better. Grand Theft Auto IV is way better than Grand Theft Auto San Andreas.

there is a mod for the damage, the grapics, the enterable buildings, the loadscreens, the ragdoll mode, the cars, the clothes and the other things.
i have played GTA IV by a friend and i thought '' i want GTA IV, but i have no XBOX or ps3. so i looked for the mod's( ragdoll mod, car mod, damage mod, etc...) and now i play GTA SA lookes like GTA IV.

i was shocked at the fact, there are only 15 weapons in GTA4 while SA boasts its 35+ diffrent weapons.Also, races in GTA SA are a lot better.You dont need to call sum gay and arrange a race and win some fucking 500$. And also in GTA SA dating looks a lot better

but GTA SA has much more variety - missions that differ(IN GTA4 every mission is the same), a lot more missions , enchanted date system, airplanes, bikes, many bizarre-looking cars, schools, and a lot more stuff
however if i want to get some fun i`d play GTA4 - i think its cars are better, incredible damage and visual damage system, and incredble physixs
so i guess they are both even

GTA San Andreas is better because its the only one where you can fly a plane , was the first one to use a parachute , has the biggest closet(you have way more choices of clothing) , it has over a 100 missions , way better story than some Russian losers , is the only one where in the game you go to a different city , the only one with lawnmower , bike(3) , Monster truck(i think) , ect. Therefore San Andreas is funner. It was a success. And san andreas is HUGE compared to liberty city.

It wasn´t horrible. It was HORRIBLE. One of the worst Open World games i played. And IGN and Gamespot just saying that what the fans want to hear. It was MASSIVE overratet. I had in one Hour San Andreas, more fun than i had in few days of GTA IV. I didn´t even play it trough because it makes no fun. My Final Verdict for this overratet piece of shit is 2/10.

I like gta sa for its story, map, feeling, SAMP, and characters. However i like gta 4 for the vehicle damage, enterable buildings without loading screens, shooting as driver, good cop missions, ragdoll mode, phisics, vehicle handling, graphics, cars, better AI, and the character interactions (boaling, strip club, burgershot, etc....)
Overall I would say that i like gta 4 better, but if they remade gta sa with all of gta 4's features and maybe a few more, I would buy it even if it was $200.00

Oh and i play games because I can't do the stuff that i do in the game in real life. If rockstar made a super realistic GTA game (one shot to the heart and ur dead)then obv you will have less fun, considering u will die evry 2 mins

GTA SA is better. GTA 4 is just GTA 3 with new graphics and some new gameplay features. In SA you also have much more freedom and you can do what the fuck you want. And SA MP is the top of the iceberg.

the story, plot, atmosphere and graphics of GTA IV are better but the scope, upgradeables, homes (you get an airbase ffs!) and replayability of San Adreas are better.
You had an entire state to play with in SA and then moving to GTA IV you get a city. The open-world element and explorability was a real winner for me in SA. I can't say I didn't dig GTA IV though, the story was gripping, it was a realistic look at crime and you actually felt like you were immersed in the story and characters.

Most new games don't use ragdoll physics, and i don't know why you think ragdoll physics are somehow better than progressive simulation physics. Ragdoll physics have very little constraints, making the ragdolls look unrealistic and in weird poses.

Ok, GTA IV is way better than GTA SA. Better online, because you have many options of games that you can play, while in GTA SA the game picks if for you. And GTA IV has way better gameplay than GTA SA. The graphics are better, the gameplay is better. Grand Theft Auto IV is way better than Grand Theft Auto San Andreas.
