  • 发面用的材料用得太多,用一茶匙就够了,看看袋子的用量吧,发面­时间长短要看室内温度,在大陆北面都很冷,一般人家都省,北美人­家都有暖气,室温高发面时间会很短。

  • put it in a warmed oven, just a little bit warm, maybe like 70 degrees, it only takes 15 minutes.

  • I following through the 饅頭食譜 steps and it does not take 4 hours to rise. It only took 40 minutes and my 饅頭 rise perfectly. Thanks for the video. Now I can enjoy homemake 饅頭s.
