You've got to be kidding me. Do you not know anything about aircraft? Those aren't "nozzles" for spraying, those are in fact, called outboard flap hinge fairings. And you obviously don't know what contrails look like.
Ok, first off, the color is the sun hitting the trail from the left. The spots on the window you are looking through are producing the same color. Second, those "nozzles" are just fins underneath the wings and are common. You'll see them at your first air show. Finally the reason for the pause in the trail for a time is due to the "angle of attack" of the wings not cutting into the air as before and therefore not condensing the air. This is very basic airplane science. Sorry.
