  • OR DO I?

  • I had one history teacher - 8th grade - yup, who was either absolutely insane or burning with some holy passion of knowledge (jury is still out.) who would act out little interpretations of what history may have been like through the eyes of just anyone living in the time. Just a sentence of two sometimes, but he also did some acting. Making history come alive? - please, be ready to duck in his class. And it was inspiring.

  • actually, all glass provides some uv protection. but there are more pretentious glass windows you can buy that do a slightly better job.

  • taylor mali you were definitly born fi rebel. keep doing what youre doing sir

  • I love this guy. I use his clips a lot in the classroom. What a great discussion starter!

  • You, sir, are amazing. And your voice is so soothing.

  • I love it!

  • You are divine, thank you so much for the laughter and inspiration!

  • so funny.

  • Hearing you do the spoken inspired me to get back into it myself, after being out of that entire section of artistry for over 10 years. I found a non slam spoken word group where I am and went there for my first time monday night. Thank you for the kick in the tail to do so again..

  • lol he's awesome

  • Hilarious. :D

  • M. Mali, would you mind reading some of my work?

i'm 18 years old and write some slam and i'm new to it from writing slam, i'd love to have feedback :)

  • Best answer ever!

  • lolzor

  • I was at Farmington High School for this performance (unless I am mistaken). It still resonates to this day when I hear college students peppering their comments with "likes". Anyway, Thanks again for coming!

  • You are an inspiration.

  • so cute

  • I wish you were my teacher when I was in school. Maybe my children will be lucky enough to have someone as passionate about education like you for a teacher.

  • That will be me!

  • ill be that person haha

  • Ahhh, I was here, in the front row!

  • lol. I love this poem...'or do I'? LMAO :)

  • lol it's not a poem...he made this up as he went

  • wow, really? this guy is really creative then, and funny. How'd u kno?

  • Yeah...he is

  • I could see Jack Black delivering this monologue.

  • LOL IT MADE ME LOL

  • ...after only 3 times making love? Maybe you need a new inspiration and should go for 4 times!

  • What? I thought everyone wrote like that!

  • Having a good chuckle over this. How and where a poet comes up with an idea can be surprising or boring or grotesque. You can't force the Muse.

It may be a favor to a young poet not to reveal where you get your inspiration. It might take them down a dead end or into danger.

  • lol, I really like your works...or do I...sorry about that, I'm sure that joke is old by now but really, great stuff.

  • sarcasim is a beautiful thing.

  • God, where do you teach and how soon can I swing by?! Amazing work sir.

  • This is so awesome....or is it? LMFAO. I totally have to agree with those who do not understand this way of thinking and I have to say...I love my "job"!!!!

  • naaaaaiiice

  • "or do I?"

  • Nicely put.

  • I think, when you're writing at your computer, you are on your roof watching the sunrise. If you want to be.
