  • Any one else hear ABBA?

  • :D

  • Yeah abba for sure!

  • abba

  • Guys listen to 'ABBA - Lay all your love on me', think we got a sample?

  • @mojareus That sample has been around since the dawn of time. hahaha. Just kiddin'. The sample is already in databases and stuff. It's quite an awesome sample (:

  • its roy rogers

  • why are you guys arguing who made it, just enjoy it. isnt that why they make it in the first place?

  • @nickyav06 artists getting credit for the things they make is kinda important

  • put it on repeat

  • Yep, it could have been from Thomas Bangalter but it is not, it is definitely from Roy Rogers.

  • This is happy go lucky by Roy Rogers, not thomas

  • Roule was maked alot of nice tracks,, i know is you seen a record like that is good .9 time of 10

  • This is by Roy Rogers...

    isn't it?

  • @colin4393 YES

  • The sample is from Abba, I think.... Voulez Vous if I'm Right.

  • @MaxB1195

ABBA - Lay all your love on me

  • yea this is R. Rogers not Tom B.

  • this is roy rogers

  • Fake, but nicely sampled - kudos

  • @bustagrooves lol ^ true say

  • Kinda reminds of Colossus, and Indo Silver Club pt. 1.

  • I like that

  • It's been mistaken as a song by Thomas Bangalter because he pretty much invented filter house...

It is definitely by Roy Rogers though...

    It's pretty good though...

It's nice cause now DJs don't just have to play Thomas Bangalter endlessly @ the clubs...

  • @Daftendirektour haha no not at all to an american maybe but no....he popularized it maybe in america cause hes 1/2 daft

  • wow i thought there was a roule out there i havent heard.

  • this dont sound like revoulution 909 ... ??

  • Why have u got Bangalters name on a Roy Rogers track, take this down !!

  • its Roy Rogers 100%

On Roy Rogers Happy Go Lucky it has art work

  • This is NOT Thomas Bangalter. But yes, it sounds like a mix of Indo Silver Club and Revolution 909.

  • I'm confused if it's Roy Rogers or T.B.

But its definitley ABBA sample or 'cover' :)

  • Comment removed

  • This sounds exactly like Revolution 909

  • Is it just me, or does the very beginning sound a bit like ABBA's 'Does Your Mother Know?'

  • roy rogers

  • Reminds me of Indo Club Silver

  • If you listen to other Roy Rogers tracks as well as this one he uses a lot of the same drums as on homework(pitched and eq'd differently) as well as the obvious filter - and while a lot of people use these similar filters now, There really wasnt that many people using that filter around that time! (this is sort of thomas trying not to sound like thomas)

  • Actually i'm pretty sure it is Thomas (i could be wrong but i dont think so) (Roy Rogers was his house music pseudonym in the early 90's i believe - acording to Mixmag and the like)

  • soundskeeper is right this aint t.bangalter, its roy rogers

  • whatever it is, its pretty funky

  • I Know this isn't by Thomas Bangalter, but it sounds pretty and original it could be one of his song. Although Thomas' songs are more Acid house-y;)

  • It's obvious it's not THOMAS BANGALTER, because...

    1. It samples an ABBA song (You need ABBAs permission to use samples, and I know he wouldn't, haha)

    and

    2. I KNOW this isn't by Thomas Bangalter, otherwise Alex would have uploaded this, HAHAHAHA!!!

  • Even if this is fake, it's SEXY...

  • thomas bang...daft punk etc

tracks are supposed to be sequels to each other

rather than different trax all the time

  • dude that filter is so common its not even funny. what the fuck are you comparing him to, calabria, darude, tiesto, and cascada? go back to myspace.

  • Listen at 00:42, this is the same sound that the sound used in Colossus by Thomas Bangalter at 05:39.

So, it may be his song.

  • It's called a filter. House musicians use it on a lot of their music, it isn't specific to one producer.

  • Yes, I know. But Thomas Bangalter use this effect particulary.

  • It's a sample from ABBA - Lay all your love on me. However I like this song much better :P

  • Wtf. When did this come out? I;m so confused. I have every Daft Punk Guy Man Thomas Bangalter Ed Banger all this ish, and never once have I heard of this. It wasn't on any of Trax on the Rocks. Maybe its some sort of Gym Tonic like stolen beat? sounds exactly like thomas tho...

  • This is a fake TB track. It's made by a Swedish or German guy, I don't remember his name.

  • Ah, I should have figured.

  • roy rogers- happy go lucky

    type it in there

  • but still, it is a good trak all the same.

needs to know what it is though.

  • is this legit? its really funky! is it a real thomas bangalter track and where could i get this? :D

    Dark.

  • actually now ive read up, this isnt a real thomas bangalter song...

    so what is it?

    dark.

  • as far as i was aware it was on a best of roule mix but now that you question it im not sure, i got a discog a few years back and cant find the link any more, it will require further ivestigation wicked track all the same with a bangalter sound so who knows?

  • @conaeir It's actually by someone called Pantone. That Best of Roule album thing actually has songs on it not on Roule.

  • that's it!
