the arbiter will falls unconscious, but he will get up again and pick up any weapon that's near him like the plasma rifle.
weapons that he can use when he falls unconscious and back up on his feet and grabs a weapon that's near till he's back up.
Assault Rifle, Battle Rifle, Shotgun, or his Sword, Covenant Carbine.
