@LamboGallardo34 While using the text tool, you can highlight the numbers in the size selector drop down box. Once highlighted, you can type in any font size you like. Another option, is to use the Scale effect. While your text layer is selected, simply go to Edit > Transform > Scale. A rectangle with anchor points fixed around the edges of that box will surround your text. Simply click and drag any of those anchor points to adjust the size and then double click the text to set it.

You can do it in CS4, they are virtually the same except inthe way they look and CS4 uses OpenGL, i'm not sure if CS3 does that.
