was it the sandisk extreme iii 30mb/s card or 20mb/s card? or was it a sandisk video hd card?

nice! i have zi6 and a 4gb sdhc card and i get jerky video... does sandisk extreme iii works better?... this video looks pretty nice... have you used other brands and noticed difference?
i was drivin my bike round 130kph holdin my cam in my hand ,making a vid
big gust of wind almost made my cam fly away
