I found that '95 rugal was easiest to take out with King using double strike spam, if he tries to reverse it the two just cancel each other out.

Also It's a shame that they didn't fix the dialogue... and for some reason didn't use the full arranged soundtrack like the PSX version of KOF 95, though i'm glad you fixed it to have the Arranged Rugal theme.

Am I weird for thinking that 95 is the best of the series? It was the first one I played, I bought it for my ps1 because I saw Terry in a screen on the back and thought it was part of the Fatal Fury series (I have had FF1,2, and special on snes since they were released.)

Turn the Music volume to Zero and add in the song when your making the video.

And I think this is the hardest set on the Orochi Collection because you have to beat both of them in a row. 94 Rugal doesn't have specials to start. Chizuzu and Goetniz are fought in seperate matches.

That is a tough fight indeed. I actually had a harder time with Saisyu than I did with Omega Rugal. :P
