flippedy knows it. You have to search the problem in the liver and colons.
creams on the skin can help against itching and redness. But that's alway temporary. I am going to try probiotica and i use L-tryptofaan to boost my serotonin levels and melatonin. Sleeping better and deeper and my mood is very at ease and happy now. I also drink herbal tea and I am stopping with black tea from today.
I hope you all find your things that work best for you.

I got rid of my Psoriasis - 1 x cod liver oil capsule every morning after breakfast and a little bit of sun each day (no more than 10 mins and never get sunburnt). Took a while but it went away and never returned as bad as it was. Also stopped drinking heaps of tea and coke which probably helped.
