amy's cadence drives me nuts =- I think its meatn to see gravitas and no-nonsense, but just being less than a preening airhead like Megyn KKelly or a glib braineac like Erin whatever on CNN is not enough. Goodman has gone along plenty to get along - she hasn't been the Cronkite, to call the war a fake, the Halberstam, to say it's lost, the Robert MacNeil to say that JFK cannot have been murdered as described; as Gore Vidal or Chris Bolyn say of the 9/11 dead. With no help from Democracy Now.
