Other than having an unfair advantage...I haven't had any problems. I usually do it until I have enough ingredients to level some dishes to lvl 10.

Don't do the hack until you get 1000 of each ingredient or get 999999999 money/points because that'll just get you banned.

I saw another restaurent city hack video at youtube, and if you used that hack, you wasn't able to save the game again. That way I wouldn't be able to play the game again, and I wanna play it :D I just needed to be sure, because I don't want that to happen (:
