The West Bank barrier has saved hundreds of lives, both Israeli and Palestinian, and you want Israel to take down that wall for a little travel convenience. Fuck you.
The worst thing about "the wall" is that it works. I sympathize with the young military officer who said he didn't want to see olive trees die. The fence is there to stop attacks. Attacks have dramatically decreased since its construction. The fence will stay until Israelis feel safe, and they have the upper hand. The ICRC is doing an impossible task in that region. I really hope for peace for everyone there. I want moderates to win on both sides, and extremists to weed themselves out.
where is the peace ?! when they kill kids by hundreds , innocent ppl & civilians .. if hamas dropped a small rocket somewhere with no ppl in it they start hittin' us with illegal weapons destroying everything..its just weird how u ppl think !!! ur media is not giving u the ryt situation, but its ok 4 us :) we'll stay fighting 4 our land forever,as we're fighting since 1948 :) .. takecare every1 ! god bless ur souls !
Its not about israeli & muslims , its abt us PALESTINIAN who really own the land ! the holly land for the all god's religions ! my cousins r christ. & am a muslim but we're defending our country PALESTINE, and u say SUPPORT/UNDERSTAND ZIONIST POSITION?!!! zionist who used 2 live all over the world they dont have a real country !! b4 Governments in europe gave them passports 2 come over seas 2 palestine and steal our country by their stupid gangs .. thats the truth !!!
This shows a clear picture to me that the greatest loss felt by war is not through battles between militants and soldiers but the cost to everyone else. I support/understand the position of Israel, and I hope for peace, as both Israeli and Muslim civilians have to lower their quality of life.
Everybody suffer on war, both sides! You can´t have different rules to some peoples. Our boys in army do only what they been told. Thank´s them, we can sleep our nigt save!
This video is shockingly partial for a Red Cross document. The commentary makes political statements that have no place here. To say for instance that the barrier must follow the green line because otherwise it infringes on "Palestinian territory" completely ignores the legal and political reality (the green line is not a border, just a cease-fire line). The commentary also says nothing about Palestinian terrorism, which is the only reason the barrier exists in the first place.
The fence is not illegal, there is no "palestinian territory." The only claimant who could try to make a claim to the West Bank, other than Israel, is Jordan, who gave up their claim in the 80's, and gave up their right to keep the land in the wars in 67 and 73 when they attacked israel.
I like this video. it helps to understand how difficult it is for the people there.
but you see, the IDF is forced to do all of that, just like the soldier said. the fact is that there is terrorism that comes from that city, israel is forced to do that to keep israeli civilians safe.
I do feel bad for the ordinary people and the hard lives they have to live, it's a very sad conflict

Its not actually impartial....
it shows, plainly, the hardship with which Palestinians live, and states, dryly, that International Laws are being breached...
Id be careful about claiming the ICRC got their facts wrong, they tend to do some good research ;)
