I've seen the movie, and it not that bad...it just remind me when I statrted accepting myself and living the way I wanted. I think in a way this movie pictures a moment when we first began having feelings for someone of our same sex, so deep and intense like with anybody else. This pictures my own first love story and how 10 years later I still love her...
@SydneySatine Actually there are many lesbian-themed films that have very high production and acting values, unfortunately because of the lack of funds, 96% of all these films are independently made. Not all have the backing of films like, "The kids are Alright" but investors are slowly showing more interest. Therefore better movies, bigger budgets.

Why do all movies about lesbians have to be low budget? And as for the acting....yeah, well.
At least the story line is good.
