my cousin is an awesome freerunner and i done some small things before nothing major. but to those who are saying im gonna just make a video or im gonna take it up or where to do it a real freerunner knows you dont go into it right off the bat. you have to focus and really understand your body first. also if you have what it takes you can see a run on any building, surface / environment.

I don't get why people think flips of height are cool. Parkour isn't ment to be made just so videos can look cool in the first place but still, This is why this was made I'm guessing. A flip off height is alot easier to land that a flip on flat o.O

freerunning is basically parkour with flips. even though the places were tried many times, it still is considered freerunning. parkour is more fluid, flips are a waste of motion, even though they look good.

freerunning and parcour are the same thing, parcour is just a french word for it, coz thats where it originated from. its just like american football, its also known as gridiron, but theyre the same thing. but this is more acrobatics than parcour.

It's actually only freerunning.

freerunning is: Trinking and Parcour in one often looks much better ;)

Parcour is: just taking things smooth and fast

I personaly prefere parcour I've been doing it for 2,5 years now. It's a nice sport I tell you : )
