  • its probably because the flash drive is either taking in too much power or its not formated to a recognizable format.

  • Wow that is weird

  • can anyone tell me what's the steps for making edit songs to arcade?iplease tell me.well.i just wanna know how to put edit songs to DDR X's arcade..thanks

  • @unknown0914123 Funny. Reaaally funny. Go ask people which have those cabinets how to do them. Or....you could......search for that website.

    ( I didn't talk )

  • don't you need edit data first?

  • this is really important

please place the edit data with path like this:

    \DDR_EDIT\DDR_EDIT_U.DAT

  • For Japan its DDR_EDIT_J

    For Asia is DDR_EDIT_A

  • I heard that only a certain selection of USB's can work on the machine (from the Japanese arcade versions)

Not sure where the site is now, but i know there was a website that listed the kinds of USB drives it would accept...

  • from what I have seen at Asia DDRX , nearly every USB drive can work

  • ...true, besides, we haven't even GOTTEN the so-called "PC program" that allows the US players to edit the charts and stuff...

...i REALLY do think we aren't going to get that program until the next DDR game comes out for the PS2 and PS3 this Fall (because it will have USB support and the PS3 version will more than likely be used more due to the fact that it will have over 150 DLC songs and stuff)

  • Wait, but didn't other older DDR machines have PS1/2 memory card compatability?

    Something smells fishy.
