Nifty electrolysis method, but not exactly free energy. The energy it takes to split the water into hydrogen and oxygen in the first place is identical to the energy it releases when burning, and there's a bit of energy loss involved.
Putting it in a car would require you to lug around a power source for the radio generator, and just driving the car directly from that power source would be more efficient.
Still, it's an interesting idea, just nothing like what the presenters sell it as.
He never said his idea was complete and ready to go into a car, only that he accidentally discovered he could burn salt water while finding a cure for cancer. I'm sure it requires further research and well worth the effort. But DID YOU NOTICE HE ALSO MAY HAVE FOUND A CURE FOR CANCER TOO...
The thing is, everything -he- said made perfect sense, it's just the presentation from the TV station that was unscientific hype.
What he has is a) a way of produsing heat and pressure given radio waves and salt water and b) an interesting medical treatment idea.
a) isn't all that useful in a car, because producing the energy for making the radio waves requires a compact energy source - e.g. gasoline or batteries. Just using that directly would be more efficient.

Wait for the government to come and confiscate all your findings. Same with the Electric car.

b) is promising and plausible.
