hi on my cr125 it not running. the spark plug is good and when ever i kick it over it starts for like 4 or 5 seconds and then bogs out. when i take the plug out its covered in black oil and it wont spark but when i clean it off it will do the same thing run for 4 or 5 second and then bog out and the plug with be covered in black oil.
@46000rpm u may be running to much oil in the pre mix, try running it at a 50:1 ratio (20mls of oil per litre of fuel), maybe check ur airbox and clean the air filter, see if that helps
@46000rpm yo my 125 was doin the same dam thing and i brought it to my local honda shop and they said its called over loading, its when gas builds up in the crank case then all at once it goes into the cilender and fluds the bike, what u have to do is buy a brand new spark clear the motor and with the new plug in start it and it should run but u have to start ridin rite way but short shift, like 2 seconds inbetween each shift and make sure ur gas is off, when the motor warms up it should be good

Hay,guy's it's not that hard at all. As a matter of fact it's a lot easier than it looks, just make sure you clean the bike first, when you start to remove part's cover all areas that parts can fall in to and have a shop manuel close bye for ware spec's check out my projects 2004 cr 250,2002 cr250
hahahahaha where do you get your info from fool? if he took id say 1 or 2 links off he would have faster response time from the front sprocket to the rear and he wouldnt have to worry about that chain coming off of the rear sprocket.
i get my info from the the honda cr 125 and cr 250 manual , if he took 2 link,s out of that it would just snap when he does a jump that would just be for pussy rideing so dnt go on link u no ur shit when u obv dont u fukin IDIOT!!!
If you took a link out it shouldn't do shit it just tightens up your chain, after awhile it stretches and you take a link out to make it tight again, you need it tight if not it will keep skipping wearing down your sprocket and it'll just keep popping of
Yo man. I saw you had a couple of dents in that expansion pipe. you can get rid of thoughs by taking the pipe off and filling it up with water than freeze it. It works every time and its a big money saver.
Think it would crack the pipe it's self open though? cause it expands? have u tried it several times? I got one with a few small dents and wants to get rid of them, I heard of this but little iffy on it :S
If you plug the end of the pipe well and slowly heat over the dents with a small flame from an oxy/acetylene setup whilst you run compressed air down the pipe (max 70psi) use a regulator if u must. the dents will come out and bend into their orignial position.
check the crank seals
on the 125 had the same problem
