It's a bad fit on a typical gas grill. The bird shouldn't be much bigger than 16 lbs. My wife wants to go out for dinner this year, to avoid cleaning. Not sure if I can stomach that.

I had to take out my grill grates to drop my turkey lower in my smoker. That's a bummer that happened. Could have been worse? I heard of full blown fires erupting & hoses melting
