Best way to wow an audience imo is to play a TUNE with shreddy bits in it rather than just pattens and scales over and again 'cause for your average listener it's boring after about 30 seconds.

@matrags EXACTLY!! While this guy is like the only dude that didn't do Eruption, it still doesn't show performance. It is MUCH better to pick a song, and play it, then pick a bunch of rips from songs and smash them all together. I'd rather listen to a rendition of Row, Row, Row Your Boat, then a bunch of shreds tossed around like pizza dough.
