That's how i did mine, but they wouldn't eat the lettuce. Now they have front and back legs and they have very small tails and i dont know what to feed them. They wont eat ants, I've heard they eat ants but they wont eat them. but they are really small so i dont know what type of bugs they can eat.

thanks i didnt know what to feed tadpoles. but i think its better to let them fend for them selves, and only rarely accually put in plants and food

@savolrat dont worry they only need (in tadpole stage) around 2 cm^3 of water per tadpole as long as you clean it regularly :) and im sure she does ^_^

I just caught over 100 Tadpoles!!! They are more mature so they ate to rosy barbs R.I.P. They eat strawberries and shrimp I can't wait till they turn into toadlets! In my canAL over 100,000 tadpoles were born! Video is being uploaded as I type!

Your tadpoles might die! I was told to take lake water or pond water from their original habitat and put it in their tank. Because bottled water has chlorine in it. I hope they don't die though! Thanks for the help.
