  • this is drenched in oil and salt..i am sure it tastes amazing..but not a diet food

  • if you use more oil you'll satiate yourself quickly and will kill hunger. In fact un-seasoned carbs like pasta, rice, bread don't satiate at all as only fat has the power to stimulate the receptors of satiety. Eating more fats might seems a paradox, but you'll just add a big of calories but will also eat less and lose more weight.

  • the best recipe for a tuna salad is;

    1 pouch albacore tuna

    2-3 tbls. mayo (hellman's is best!)

    2-3 tbls. finely diced purple onion

    1-2 tsp relish

    2-3 dashes dill weed (get this in your grocer's spice aisle)

    Mix all ingred. together spread liberally on white bread
