This is all free running.

Free running = Flips and shit.

Parkour = overcoming obstacles with the most fluidity and speed possible.

Flips wont help you when running away from police just maybe confuse them =)

start out with basic low-level vaults and try and stick your jumps to landing on grass. Then you can work up to handstands, more complex vaults higher jumps and stuff. It's up to you but that's a guideline, hope I helped :)

Thanks! It is allot of pressure on your knees from all the jumping and landing especially if you're landing or rolling wrong. I do allot of stretching and yoga sometimes to try keep everything working right haha

this is not a parkour video. parkour is getting from point a to point b as efficently as fluidly as possible. This is a free running video. free running involves flips. the second you have flips, you have free running. Parkour is closley related but there is a difference.
