I've made this just now with broccoflower and tossed the raw florets with the sea salt, some indian curry powder and a tiny bit of ginger powder before drizzling with the extra virgin. I roasted it til it was nicely caramelised and I can't tell you how addictive this is to me now, I'd eat it every day if i could.
