ASYLUM SEEKERS COST IRELAND €1.275 BILLION - DOES NOT INCLUDE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS OR CRIME OR COSTS FROM OTHER TYPES OF IMMIGRANTS.
The Reception and Integration Agency (RIA) heard that the total amount spent by Government on asylum seekers in the past five years totals €1.275 billion, of which €423 million was spent on direct provision.
Great pub, some Norwegians visited him and sent him a bottle of linne and a newspaper article on his pub from Norway, Trondheim I think. He mentioned the cleaner threw it out before he couls have it translated. If there are any Norwegians out there who read the article or have been in Mr. Frawleys pub 2007. He is anxious to get a copy, (groopies maybe)
Cool dude, I thought he would open the bottle, no chance he teasures it. The orininal Norwegian Linne it seems is a bit like good poteen, the Norwegians were exporting it to Australia but when the ship got there the intended customer was out of business, so they took it all the way ack to Norway. The Linne refers to the Line (The Equator) Anyway I promised him I would try to gt a copy of the Newspaper article for him and have it translated. Hopefully some Norwegian will see this blog.
