Butterley engiinering designed and constructed the wheel. So it was made in England. yes?

constructed yes, please view the RMJM website for clarification on the substantial work they carried out with regards to designing this beautiful piece of architecture. I believe the most important point is that it's a BRITISH waterways project, and that's from a resident of Larbert.
