@tdchdatsunz yes in most cases it has been a staple of Japanese performance cars to feature turbo chargers. such is the case of the Supra, 300ZX, 3000GT, Lancer Evo, WRX STI, and of course the GTR. the only down side to using smaller power plants boosted with forced induction is that physically they can never match the torque curve of a larger displacement engine. which is not bad for higher RPM speed, but it is a weakness at lower RPM.

Well 2 years later still have the ws6 with 51k on it. Upgraded the auto tranny to a stage 3 monster trans. I just bought an 06 350z for 10k same color with black wheels. Thanks to everyone for watching the video It was a fun time.

His name was trevor and 1 day trevor raced a gtr with 3 1/2 turbos. The gtr wasnt stock because i could hear the 2 bottles of NAWSS and the injectors and fuel pump and the rims. It was easily pushing around a milion hp with the turbos turned on. Then the gtr blew up cus it wasnt cool like trevor.
Then trevor got major surgery and changed his name to zr1.

A few things should be noted here:
The NEWEST T/As are 9 years old now.
It's rumored GM stopped making the f-bodies because they were more desirable than the Corvette.
WS6 T/As today run around $10,000, or less.
F-bodies are inexpensive to buy and own. Also very inexpensive to mod.
On the other hand:
Nissan makes a good car.
I love the GT-R and can respect a 350/370z for what it is.
It's not as fast as a stock LS1 (as we've seen here)
Rednecks don't own 4th Gen T/As. They own Duramas Deisels.

His name was trevor and 1 day trevor raced a gtr with 3 1/2 turbos. The gtr wasnt stock because i could hear the 2 bottles of NAWSS and the injectors and fuel pump and the rims. It was easily pushing around a milion hp with the turbos turned on. Then the gtr blew up cus it wasnt cool like trevor.
Then trevor got major surgery and changed his name to zr1.

@ford4point0 I'm with you man, it doesn't matter what kind of car/truck it is, if its fast enough to keep up with what you have then it's a good race none the less. Nissan has come quite a ways but as far as pure power, you still have to go american muscle. A bone stock TA was more than a match for that 350Z, not a bad run though, they were pretty even till it was about 60-70 mph I'm guessing due to poor camera chase car honda civic.....lol. But really, nice race, keep having fun guys.

@normanaw not me. the 03 and 04 Z's were slow, slower than people thought. the 350z's with the vq35hr was a much better car, an hr car, i think, would run circles around a trans am or ss camaro. now the 370z, theres no doubt that car would rape a trans am.

In my opinion TA's look 100% better than nissan 350s or 370s. The 350 is a total girls car just like a lot of rice. and comparing the "latest model" is about the dumbest thing ever you compare year to year and the TA wins every time. @JPARKERZ28 both have ALMOST the same power to weight (roughly 1 hp for every 11 pounds) so the z would eat it on the track, which is what I was talking about earlier, which is were real racing is done. You v8 fanboys are only good for power shifting through a 1/4 mile strip which requires little to no skill. Maybe grow some balls and try racing round a track instead of hiding behind those heavy ass v8's
