Ok i have a question....in naruto ex3 when kiba life is low his super is the same as the one in this video...so does that mean we have a new super for kiba or was his life low in this one too.

in revolution 2, kiba's life has to be low to use the super, but i think in ex 3, kiba can use it even if his life isn't low
