Hey, thanks! :) I guess I forgot about the attacking part.

Maybe she has the doll and the glitching door happens because you're supposed to have given her the doll (letting you get farther into the room) before you are able to attack her.

Using the dazzle spell did it for me.

Also my theory about the sword/daggerr is that u cant get in the room so u cant exactly use a sword but daggers can be thrown, probably can do the same thing if u use a rock. its all the long range stuff that can hurt her

The "realized you have to hug her" part... I've always assumed that, being a vampire, she (perhaps not realizing it) hypnotized you into doing so.

That´s also what I thought when I saw that death scene in a "Ways to die in QFG 4" video. It´s of course a great way to reconcile with a kid, but when the kid has ghostly white skin, sharp pointy teeth and glowing yellow/orange eyes, I think that I would reconsider it.

But a little hypnosis (which is a common ability amongst vampires) would surely make him do it anyway.
