Yeah it's a glitch that's caused by the camera angle and the size of her XD oh wel at least it makes her Stand Out (More like Stand In) lol.

Yeah it is and yeah there is a Game Called Warriors Orochi: The Collective (Or Musou Orochi Z In Japan) which is basically a remake of this one and the first one with a few new features. go to KOEIWarriorsMedia's channel to see videos of it.

I'm was so happy when I found out Koei finally answered my prayers about putting Fu Xi and Nu Wa back into one of their games, and they look incredible now, especially Fu Xi with his second costume, glad he still has his great sword.
