On PC without a doubt. funny story though, when i originally installed it on my pc, the settings were at the lowest, and lowest settings on PC looks A LOT worse than ps2, but you can bump them up to a lot better.
ok thanks, cause im actually going out later today to buy it for PC...cause i bought it for the ps2 and the hdd broke within 5 minutes.
