israel does have the missile defense in place now! Japan has had it for 2 years. Israel combines with the american xband radar and has been in place since late 2008. The TALON and MTHEL lasers are available for israel to use, and they choose not to. The TALON has been around and it works very well. Israel has demonstrated that its missile defense works.
