@destructofir My tutorial nor redsn0w "broke" your iPad. YOU "broke" it by not following the simple instructions take some responsibility for your actions. Put it in DFU mode and restore it in iTunes. That solution could have been found by doing a simple Google search. You're welcome, asshole.

@kenzoldyck I think you mean iOS 5.0.1. There is no 5.0.5. Either way there is no unlock for iOS 5 yet.

@dinosaur230 That's perfect! The Dev Team has updated redsn0w because there was a small error in the version shown in this video. The new one (currently 0.9.10b2) has fixed the error and it will work the same exact way.

@guerito805 Put your iPhone back into DFU mode, restore it in iTunes, and re-jailbreak it.

@guerito805 Try downloading iOS 5.0.1 for your device online and custom restore to it in iTunes (Google this if you don't know how). If that doesn't work try restoring on a different computer or create a new user account on your computer and install iTunes to it then restore.

@importkid34 That happened to me. In the "Changes" tab select the "Refresh" button and let it refresh. If that doesn't work try rebooting and doing it again

@importkid34 That's very odd. Try restoring it and then rejailbreak it. There's sometimes going to be complications while jailbreaking, it's just something that comes along with all of the benefits.
