i always thought it was something like "xin fu" but my cousin say theres no such word o_o

    is there?

  • There are 2 ways of saying happiness:

    1. xìng fú = happiness

    2. kuài lè = happiness

Your cousin forgot that xìng fú does exist and its very useful

    Benny

  • How do you say Yay in Chinese Benny?

  • Hi, I dont understand yay please explain.

    Thank you

  • yay is like 'woohoo', its more a show of excited emotion with a verbal "yay", like "yipee!"! and you smile and your eyes light up

  • lmao.

  • i think you can use Yay, just as it is... it is sorta language independent... especially if accompanied with a smile and lit up eyes! hehe!!

  • I love the new episodes better.

  • Thank you!

  • Benny, what does the "ba" do in the sentence "are you ok?"?

  • I think that is like, they put it in the end of the phrase to emphasize a question. It can also be "ma".

  • Thanks, I guess you're right!!!

  • Well done!

  • no no, it's different that you end a sentence with a "ba" or a "ma".when you say "ni mei shi ma" it means like "aren't you NOT ok?".

  • but actually we seldomly use a sentence like that, and if we do,it often means"arn't u buzy?"
