SUPER DUCK Breaks! Don't understand how people can call themselves Dj's and not know super duck. Mixtrack Pro is better for the money. The Spins jogweels feel so cheap, whereas the mixtrack wheels are very, very, very nice. (for 250 bucks! shit, can't go wrong) He is right, try crab scratching on the Spin, and people will laugh at you. You can crab on the MTP.

if you don't want to spend alot of money you can go with the hercules rmx its pretty good i got one this xmas. i got it from guitar center. they priced matched it for 260 and it was 350 online and in stores

awesome show man. I'm debating between getting a Numark Stealth or the Spin. I really like the DJay software, so that's what I'll be using. The Spin looks like too much f a toy next to the Stealth, but it looks like pro gear in your hands. What would you recommend?

honestly ..for the price..u really cant go wrong with spin... but to be honest..its more of something to practice with...i wouldnt bring it to a gig..because it tends to crash after an hour..i see other people say the same on djay3/spin message boards.....but yah..hope this helps..

im debating whether to get the vci-300 or spin for scratching...have you experienced scratching with the vci-300 and if so, how does it compare to the spin. the price is great for the spin but i would have to pull some strings to pick up a vci-300

sup man...its up to you..if u have the money to cop a vci-300 then i would get it..i have scratched on a vci 300 and personally i think it "reacts" a little better than the spin... when i say react..i mean you can actually crab on the 300 ..but its harder to crab on the spin... hope this helps

for a few hundred dollars more(which I suppose is alot) you can get a numark ns7, which has motorized vinyl jog wheels, a much better mixer and is just better all around. consider it.

@excolocho vci100 sucks..theres a pretty bad delay if ur trying to scratch..i returned it after 2 hours of use...spin is better for sure...

no is not ! if you`re begining dj i think is gonna be little be hard for you to get use ! you need a mac , you need to have a good music library , all your music must be in order by styles you know then if you just started dj` you gonna have to practice a lot. no more cds` no more heavy turntables

yah..luckily i been djing for hella long..so i have a good library of DJ friendly tracks..if you expect to use your itunes librarywhich are straight singles ..its going to be hard to figure out how to dj on this thing...

if its like the VCI-300 u can hamster the fader through the set-up feature on the software.

Its like the vci..but vci has "itch". Witch dosent work with vestax spin..so if ur running it with djay 3 u cant..but vspin is a midi controller..so just use software that allows hamster

can you do hemster on this. I go the other way with the crossfader, but i can't find any info if it will allow you to set it up reverse crossfader.

sup bro..just checked djay..and i dont see anywhere to invert crossfader..there is only a invert slider..for pitch control....im pretty sure there will be a hamster switch soon..all u really have to do is beg djay3 on there forums and they'll probably do it...ha..those guys are pretty good at taking requests.
