Traffic rules are messed up. People are very unfriendly. The whole country is dirty and the police are the biggest wimps you'll ever see.

I know the police here, they are afraid from criminals and they only terrorize citizens with parking tickets.
I once saw the police running away from a robbery in the centrum in a white day. They came after an hour or more. They also ask you if you have the criminal tied up.

Maybe it's the japanesse version that has it or perhaps v1.0. I don't know.
