not true, if you dump the isos there are all sorts of editors u can use without needing to manually mod. if he got a downloaded mod for a jet, all he had to do was change the skin. otherwise, he could have made that from scratch with a graphics modder. then u just burn ur file to a dvd (ps3 uses blu-ray) and end of story
